手を使って何かをデコレートしたり、手を使って何かをカタチにすることで想像力を養ったり、手を使ってコミュニケーションを育んだり。手で容易に扱えるmtを使う事でそれが身近に実現できる。そんなことを感じてもらうポスターです。mtの先端が手になっていることで、mtと手の関わりをシンボリックに表しました。
These are a series of posters ‘Use your hands’. ‘mt’ tape is derived from a masking tape which is usually used as a curing-tape in construction site. Because of its wide range of colors and patterns, customers enjoy using them as wrapping materials and expanding new markets. As‘mt’ tape is made by Washi paper, you can cut it by hands easily and it can be stuck on and unstuck from anywhere. Therefore, ‘mt’ tape is quite handy product for everyone. I wanted to express its creativity and possibility by using the personified tape so that it become easier to relate to.
